Rules of Placing Orders

1.              Acquisition of the Software SERVE Professionals

1.1. A visitor can download the software SERVE Professionals for free in our website with the right to a permanent use of the module Appointment Book. For a more detailed description of the module, please download the User’s Manual. The Visitor must provide accurate contact information and agree with the terms of the License Agreement. Otherwise, the Visitor loses the right to the free module.

1.2. In order to obtain the license for additional modules, the Visitor must register in our website and place an order for a license under the License Acquisition Procedures set out below in section Two. The Visitor must provide accurate contact information and agree with the terms of the License Agreement. Otherwise, the Visitor loses the right to additional modules.

1.3. The price of modules is provided in Litas or Euros in our website according to the selected language. The price is tax included.

1.4. The the full license fee for additional modules and conditions of license acquisition are defined in the License Agreement.

 

2. License Acquisition Procedures

2.1. In order to acquire the system SERVE Professionals, the visitor must register in our website and provide accurate contact information.

2.2. The first installment. After the visitor selects desired modules and the number of users/ employees, he/ she must order the plan of installment payments. The system of the site prepares the invoice of an advanced payment according to the plan of installment payments and offers to pay online.

2.3. The visitor must agree with the terms of License Agreement, choose the payment method and confirm it. The visitor pays for the first month. If the payment is successful, the visitor receives a notification and invoice in PDF format by e-mail address specified in his/ her account in our website. All the information about the plan of installment payments, the license expiration date, payment history and the list of invoices the Visitor can check online in his account in our website. The settings of current plan of installment payments are available in the last paid invoice.

2.4. If a visitor postpones the first installment payment, the payment process is interrupted; the order of the plan of installment payments is canceled. The Visitor has the right to use the free module Appointment Book. In order to obtain the license for additional modules, the Visitor must order the plan of installment payments once again.

2.5. Once the Seller receives the payment, the license in XML format and the License Activation Guide are sent to the Visitor by e-mail address specified in his/ her account in our website.

2.6. The second and the following installments. Every month, no later than 5 (five) days before the day of the license expiration, the Visitor receives an email regarding the extension of license validity with the invoice of advanced payment attached, by e-mail address specified in his/ her account in our website. The invoice is based on the current plan or already ordered new plan of installment payments.

2.7. In order to extend the validation of the license, the advanced payment must be paid within 5 (five) days from and including the date of the invoice. Otherwise, the license is automatically blocked. The Visitor agrees that the notice regarding the extension of license validity is not obligatory, and, if any interference, can be lost. The Visitor must be interested in the status of the license and check it in his/ her account in our website.

2.8. In order to change the plan of installment payments, the Visitor can do this online in his/ her account in our website no later than 5 (five) days before the day of the license expiration, unless the invoice of advanced payment is received. After the new plan is confirmed, additional information appears in the Visitor’s account, such as “You are subscribed to a monthly plan”. If the visitor doubts that a new plan meets his/ her needs, he/she may change the plan again, but no later than 5 (five) days before the day of the license expiration, unless the invoice of advanced payment is received.

2.9. In case the Visitor does not perform the advanced payment for the extension of the license, validation of the current license is not extended, and finally, the license is blocked. The Visitor has the right to use the free module Appointment Book. The Visitor’s company does not stop working, and the data is not lost.

2.10. The Visitor agrees that, by all the senses, the Seller assumes no liability arising from blocking the license in case the Visitor does not perform the advanced payment for the extension of the license. License Agreement:

5.2. Term of use. You may use the Product during the term for which You have properly and fully paid.

Since the right to use the Product is granted for a fixed term, upon expiration of the License period, in which You may use the Product, the Product or some of its functions may cease to work and You may lose the possibility to use the Product and/or access data and information (including data and information created or entered by yourselves).

2.11. The Visitor has the right to pay the invoice of advanced payment and so extend the validation of the license. Once the Seller receives the payment, the license in XML format and the License Activation Guide are sent to the Visitor by e-mail address specified in his/ her account in our website.

2.12. The Visitor has the right to delay the installments. The Visitor must inform the Customer Service Center of SERVE Professionals about this in writing by email and provide the following information: the period at which the license will be blocked, accurate contact information and the user name of an account in our website.
